Avelino’s white-hot new single with Stormzy and Skepta gets a dope visual to boot. Check out the clip for ‘Energy’ above and pick up the single here.
Avelino definitely has a big single on his hands right now. Following it’s premiere on BBC 1Xtra, fans can now stream the track ‘Energy’, which sees the rising star linked with fellow Tottenham giant Skepta and South London’s Stormzy.
Check out the track below and purchase here.
On 24th February, Stormzy will be dropping his long-awaited album Gang Signs & Prayer; before that, the South London emcee sits down with Julie Adenuga on Beats 1 to talk about the album. In addition, he’s also announced a slew of UK tour dates for this Spring; you can see that below. UPDATE: More dates added and other dates were quickly sold-out, seemingly because of ticket poachers and secondary websites jacking up prices (an issue across the planet, to be fair). You can see the updated schedule below.
If you missed it, you can check out ‘Big For Your Boots’ here.
Both Brixton shows sold out in 7minutes, we've added a final date: https://t.co/OsXd2qKaXN

We’ve been waiting for a track from Solo 45 that matched or exceeded the monstrosity and aggressiveness of ‘Feed ‘Em To The Lions’…and now we have it. Above lies a new visual from the Boy Better Know operative for ‘5ive’, which features superstar-in-his-own-right Stormzy (Jme also makes a quick cameo). It’s definitely maximum levels.
Check it out above and pick up the single here.
Following the South Londoner’s big reappearances and announcement, Stormzy is back with a crazy new single (and visual for) ‘Big For Your Boots’, which sees cameos from A.Dot, Julie Adenuga and more. The track will appear on the forthcoming album Gang Signs & Prayer, released 24th February (pre-order via iTunes).
Produced by Sir Spyro and Fraser T Smith. You can also check out the album’s artwork below.
Big news today: Stormzy — who has been on a social media hiatus since late last year — is finally ready to reveal his new album to the world. In addition to giving the initials of said project’s title a la A$AP Rocky (GSAP), we now know that the forthcoming release will feature appearances from Ghetts, J Hus, Kehlani, Wretch 32, MNEK (where has he been?), Raleigh Ritchie and — by way of an interlude — the legendary Crazy Titch. Very serious.
The revelation comes a day after mysterious billboards (one of which is above) surfaced in various locations around London…they all also give the same release date — 24th February.
Check out the tracklisting and billboard sightings below. This definitely looks to be Stormzy’s year.

This past Friday, Dubai footwear brand Sole DXB held an apparently dope event celebrating their fifth birthday, which saw performances from BJ The Chicago Kid, Little Simz, Skepta and — as a special guest via adidas Originals — Stormzy, who broke out some of his biggest cuts to date.
The South London emcee also took the time to take part in a photoshoot for the latest from the Pharrell Williams x adidas Originals Hu collection; you can check out those snaps above and get more info on the new apparel here.

Croatia’s Hideout Festival has revealed much of their 2017 line-up, which has us dreaming about the Summer already: Major Lazer Soundsystem, Stormzy, Diplo, The Martinez Brothers and Hannah Wants are among the headliners. Kurupt FM, My Nu Leng, Skream, Redlight and Mike Skinner were also added to the impressive line-up (with more named to be announced). Check out the line-up to date below.
Hideout takes place along Zrce Beach 26th to 30th June. Those boat and pool parties are going to be crazy.
Last year, rising New York artist Tish Hyman released Dedicated To:, which featured the single ‘Subway Art‘, between that time and now, Hyman made her way to London to link with Stormzy for the track’s sequel, ‘Subway Art Part 2’. As usual, Stormzy absolutely smashes his collaboration.
Check out ‘Subway Art Part 2’ — premiered via Julie Adenuga on Beats 1 — below.
On 8th October, BBC Radio 1Xtra Live will be making landfall at Liverpool’s Echo Arena, and the line-up is pretty dope: Stormzy is the headliner, with additional appearances from Damian Marley, Desiigner, Giggs, Lady Leshurr, Sean Paul and Wretch 32.
Legendary filmmaker/actor Noel Clarke was a recent guest on A.Dot’s radio show (BBC 1Xtra), during which he spoke on the new film Brotherhood and its cast (including newcomer Stormzy).
Stormzy just gave fans a change of pace with his latest release, titled ‘Birthday Girl’…keeping in line with his recent lyrically-impressive drops, the South Londoner drops off what we perceive as a tribute to his significant other, presenter/personality Maya Jama (her birthday was yesterday, 14th August). Gotta respect this release on so many levels.
Check out ‘Birthday Girl’ (produced by Sons of Sonix) below.
