As can be seen above, Kendrick Lamar has announced his new album title to be DAMN., and will feature appearances from Rihanna and U2 along with production from DJ Dahi, 9th Wonder, Mike WiLL Made-It, Cardo and more. Check out the tracklisting below and pre-order the album here.
Here comes some bad news: after hinting at an album release date on 7th April (as in today), Kendrick Lamar’s iTunes has revealed a pre-order link for his yet-to-be-titled album (or is it called ALBUM?). On that page, it looks as if the new project will be released on the 14th. Ah well.
Travis Scott and Kendrick Lamar are literally in Hell (or some trippy version of it) for the BRTHR-directed ‘Goosebumps’ visual, taken from the very dope album Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight. You can check out the clip in full via Apple Music (you can also click the above image).
King Kendrick. Check out the Compton emcee’s latest visual for ‘Humble’, said to be taken from his forthcoming album (dropping 7th April). All others in Hip-Hop should be scared right now.
Kendrick Lamar drops a new track ‘The Heart Part 4’. Check it out below.
UPDATE: Well…it looks like Beyoncé’s twin pregnancy is taking her out of this year’s Coachella Festival. Good new though — not only is she confirmed for 2018, Lady Gaga will also be taking her place for the upcoming run. So there’s that.
Without a doubt, Coachella 2017 will be massive (as it is every year). Recently, the full line-up for the festival was released, which sees Radiohead, Beyoncé and Kendrick Lamar as headliners….they’ll be joined by essentially everybody — The xx, Travis Scott, ScHoolboy Q, Future, Gucci Mane, Dillon Francis, DJ Snake, Lorde, Lil Uzi Vert….everybody.
You can check out the impressive line-up below. Coachella takes place in Indio, California 14th to 16th April and 21st to 23rd April. Get your tickets here.
This year’s Rolling Loud festival in Miami, Florida is one of pure Hip-Hop awesomeness. Kendrick Lamar, Future, Lil Wayne, A$AP Rocky, Travis Scott and Young Thug are tapped to headline, while the stage will also see appearances from Mac Miller, Kevin Gates, Post Malone, Tyler, The Creator, Lil Yachty, Kodak Black, Migos, 21 Savage….the line-up is pretty top-notch from top to bottom.
You can see the full list below and get your tickets here. Rolling Loud takes place 5th to 7th May in Bayfront Park.
Looks like Coachella could be looking to outdo itself for 2017. According to Hits Daily Double, the Californian event has tapped Beyoncé and Kendrick Lamar as headliners…it’s also been rumoured that Radiohead and Oasis could be joining as well. Gotta be honest — not so sure about the Oasis one.
Hopefully, confirmation will appear for the festival — which takes place 14th to 16th April and 21st to 23rd April — sooner than later. In related news, it’s been reported that Kendrick recently lost a copyright infringement case (although not by much).
For his latest, Danny Brown drops off a lyric visual for ‘Really Doe’, a standout track from Atrocity Exhibition that features Kendrick Lamar, Ab-Soul and Earl Sweatshirt.
Check that out above and — if you haven’t already — get the album here.
Remember that unintentionally hilarious moment between a singing Mary J. Blige and Hillary Clinton? Now, we get to hear Blige’s full cover of Bruce Springsteen’s ‘American Skin (41 Shots)’, which is also joined by a powerful Kendrick Lamar. You can check it out below.
Beautiful message aside, still can’t help but chuckle when we hear Blige singing those lyrics…
