Usher Raymond has decided to bless the fans in Europe with his presence in October, as he has added several dates for his forthcoming tour (which also features August Alsina as a supporting act) prior to the American schedule; the European dates will kick off in France 3rd October (you can check all of those dates below and get your tickets here).
While this should bring joy to anyone reading this, we can’t help but mention why the dates might’ve been added in the first place…
…several news reports are also revealing that Usher is struggling to sell tickets for the UR Experience, to the point where Live Nation stands to lose a whopping 5 million as a result. While there’s an upside in cities like New York, LA, Chicago and Toronto, it’s simply not enough to cover the lackluster sales elsewhere.
The question begs, is Usher so far past his peak that he can’t sell out arenas anymore? Will be fare better with the Europe dates next month? Also — with the release of single like ‘Good Kisser’ and ‘She Came To Give It To You’ making rounds — when will we see an album materialize?
